Our friendly staff will help you make start times, rent golf carts, sign up for club events, and register you and your guests before each round of golf. An excellent selection of golf clubs and related merchandise is sold in the golf shop and golf lessons are available. Contact the any staff member for assistance, or to make an appointment for lessons.

Pro Shop Policies
- Members may book times 7 days in advance, while the Public may book times 5 days in advance.
- Please make every effort to book your time in advance, as walk-ins are subject to availability.
- “Fivesomes” – Fivesomes (or any group of players greater than four) are only allowed with the approval of the Head Golf Professional (or his designee on-duty.) Typically, such allowance is only made in the late afternoons and rarely on weekends. Such groups must be able to comply with the club’s pace-of-play policy, or they will be split-up into smaller groups.
Dress Code
The objective of the Tri County Country Club Dress Code is to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for members, guests and staff. This Dress Code will help to ensure the dignity and respect appropriate for the traditions associated with the game of golf. The following details the dress code…
MEN
- No denim or jeans of any type or color are allowed on the golf course. Dress, khaki, or golf slacks/shorts are acceptable
- Shirts must have collars, sleeves, and be tucked in. Long or short sleeve mock turtlenecks are acceptable
- All hats (both men and women) are to be worn with the bill forward.
- Golf shoes must have soft spikes. Tennis shoes are acceptable. All other footwear is not allowed on the course.
WOMEN
Female golfers are to wear proper golf attire which includes dresses, shorts, skirts, slacks, capris, and golf tops.
- Sleeveless tops must have a collar.
- Female golfers may not wear halter tops, racer back tops, bathing suits, athletic shorts, or gym apparel.
- Golf shoes must have soft spikes. Tennis shoes are acceptable. All other footwear is not allowed on the course.
GOLF CART USAGE
- Golf Carts must remain on the paths on par 3’s, as well as near all green and tee boxes
- In other areas, carts may be driven off the cart paths directly to play your next shot and then returned to the cart path (90° Rule)
- During periods of inclement weather and at the discretion of the Golf Course Superintendent, golf carts may be required to remain on the cart paths at all times.
- Spectators are permitted to ride along in the golf carts, provided they pay the appropriate rider fee ($5.00)
TCCC Board of Directors Policy for Past Due Balances
- Members in arrears from the previous season or earlier, (clubhouse or dues), are not allowed on the course, including as a greens fee player.
- All monthly clubhouse charges are due by the 15th of the following month. If a member has not paid in full by the end of that month, they are on a cash basis until paid in full, ( no exceptions ).
- All monthly charges from September must be paid by October 15, otherwise the member loses golfing privileges for the remainder of the season.
- Unless dues are up to date with the selected renewal payment plan, any member who is delinquent on their dues is not allowed on the course after May 1, even as a greens fee player.
- All clubhouse purchases for the months of October are either by cash or credit card for all members, ( ie. no charging of account )
- At any time during the season, if a member is not up to date on their dues, they are ineligible for any Club Tournaments.
